D-Limonene Directions and/or Dosage

Adults 18 years of age and older, upon first experiencing symptoms, swallow 1 softgel every other day for 20 days and 1 softgel as needed for occasional relief thereafter. When taken in combination with other immune therapies, consult a healthcare professional for recommended dose. Best if taken half an hour before or 1 hour after meals, with water. Not formulated for children. Do not bite or chew. Do not exceed recommended dose.
